Paypal Working Capital Dashboard 404 error/missing dashboard

so a few days ago i paid off my loan. . been waiting for a reapply email, none came an well it should have been processed, i applied, got denied, the page reloaded an acted like i hadn't even submitted it i was like well whatever this happened last time, so today i saw the annoying banners for paypal working capital and then didn't. they're gone, the progress bar is gone, the reapply stuff, is gone, it's just all gone at the top if i click the paypal working capital button it takes me to an apply now! page, but no information on my potential offer, that it was showing before, no information for my previous loans, ( two types of error happen)  if i type in www.paypal.com/workingcapital/dashboard/ it basically is like error 404 page doesn't exist, we're sorry there's a technical error (other times) and idk what's going on. . i really wanted to retake my loan/see my loan history an now from what i saw of previous posts about this, there's people who waited 12+ months with no solution to this issue, i'm afraid that'll be the case here. . an could really use some help i've reached out to support but its after hours for both paypal support and for paypal working capital support, an i may not get any help from them anyways from what i've seen in the archived posts about the same problem. .;-;

i also tried a majority of the listed solutions other than getting to speak to support to no avail..
