I removed my card after I have lost it I cancelled the paypal debit card in hopes to get a new one. Months after the removal I still haven't been able to get another card back under my account. Anything I'm doing wrong?

Nothing works. It says I can get my paypal card so I do then it just slaps the error down when I press to send security things to my phone number

it's really **bleep** me off, it gives no reason why I can't get my card. Just says "not at this time". I'm honestly tired of waiting, how else can I ask
