Pay in 4 saying 'incorrect billing address' even if correct on bank statement and PayPal account

Hi there,
- Issue applies to PAY IN 4 option only
- Pay in 4 plan gets approved, but fails as system claims it can't 'find billing address'
- Billing address for card MATCHES credit card statement address
- Payin4 doesn't SAVE address, rather transaction fails.
- You can only pay in full, but that's not the desired outcome.
- This has gone on for TWO WEEKS. Still no resolution.
- PayPal say 'engineers are working on it'.. Two weeks? whoah!

I had the exact same problem. I rang Paypal and they said to remove my flat number from the billing address and it just went straight through no problem and everything got approved. Give that a try?
As an example address. I was putting in something like
Flat 5 Something something House
Something Road
Somewhere
Postcode
I removed the "Flat 5" and it went through fine.

Just a head up that for me in Australia, removing the flat/unit number did not work. The issue still persists. It is annoying as hell since its getting closer to that 'spending' time of the year.

Interesting about the flat number omission working.
I don't have that - but I do have an addreess that has a letter after the number. e.g 123C
I wonder if we are all in the same boat with a slightly odd address that they have neglected to account for when they tweaked the last code?
Anyone have an actual email address for paypal so I can raise a formal request? Their BOT situation is useless - no support. Makes me feel safe that useful AI is a long way off.

Removing the unit number from the address did not work for me, I'm also in Australia.
My partners account gets the same error.

Also in Australia and having the same issue. Have tried to remove the unit number and it's not working. I need to know when this will be fixed so I can determine if I need to make alternative payment arrangements for some bills I would normally use Pay in 4 for.
Agree the BOT is useless and it's annoying having to deal with the bot to be able to be passed to the customer service centre.

I'm also in Australia and I've been having this problem too. It's incredibly frustrating. Just adding my voice to the crowd. Used different browsers and different devices.
