Pay in 4 not recognising address.

I'm trying to check out using pay in 4 but it says my billing address isn't recognised. I've been using the service for over a year and now this...? Anyone know how to fix it? I'm in Australia if that changes anything.

Did you receive any answer for this? I'm getting the same problem with Pay in 4, one-off payments going through ok.

I had the exact same problem. I rang Paypal and they said to remove my flat number from the billing address and it just went straight through no problem and everything got approved. Give that a try?
As an example address. I was putting in something like

Flat 5 Something something House

Something Road
Somewhere
Postcode

I removed the "Flat 5" and it went through fine.
