I set up two accounts so I could transfer 2 prepaid cards from one account to another,,,, now the money is gone, It was put on hold for 7 days so I ended up refunding it back to my cards, now my cards show 0 balance.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
