CHECK NOT RECEIVED AND ITS SAYING CASHED

After 10 buisness days the check withdrawal I did on PayPal I didnt receive it and I contacted PayPal they said the check as been cashed but I never received the check please I need help on this 😫 I didn’t get my check and PayPal keeps saying it has been cashed and received and didn’t Even receive it.

But all PayPal keeps saying is the check as been cashed and they want me to report it I don’t even understand why it’s so hard to Deliver a check ughh
