payin4 not showing up

4 or 5 months ago i randomly got suspended from pay in 4 becasue paypal said i had a bad credit record wich i do not and they said they would re check my credit score but thay have not i want to use pay in 4 on ebay but the option does not come up

Then you can't use it can you, unfortunately it's up to paypal whether they offer it or not.
