QR Code Not Redirecting and Populating Seller Info

I have created a QR code for my business and shared it with my customers. In the beginning, it was working fine. Unfortunately, some users are now redirected to a general page instead and are forced now to manually search our company name to complete the payment.

What is worrying as a possible hacking is it is listing similar name companies instead and not our own company name so if the user is not careful they might just click the top most listed company instead of ours.

 

Is this normal? I'm fearful that the QR code has been compromised.

Do I need to regenerate a new QR code?
