I use this card exclusively on all purchases, online and in store. Out of 32 purchases, only one was rewarded with the 3% cashback. I don't understand the fine print.
EXAMPLE:
"Earn 3% on Eligible Purchases you make using your Card Account through your PayPal account (online or in-store)".
AND
"Earn 2% on Eligible Purchases made everywhere else that Mastercard is accepted".
What's the difference? If I am using this card, am I not using PayPal? Is the "Eligible Purchases" term the catch? Do I need to specify somewhere on the keypad that I am using PayPal? Use the Chip? Maybe swipe the card?
