Crypto promotion

Revived an email about a $5 credit if I set up crypto account. Did all the required steps and I haven't received it

I know this isn't especially helpful, but I experience a similar situation.  I was under the impression that PayPal was just giving me $5 in crypto to get me hooked or something.  I did receive my crypto, but not only was I charged the $5 for the crypto, I was charged $0.99 just to buy it.  I am going to contact customer service when they open and see about getting a credit.  I would never spend money on that. lol.  I would suggest contacting customer service.  I'm hoping to get it worked out.
