Every single time I've used Paypal over the last year, without fail, there has been an issue that has really messed up business for me; but this is a new one.

I am simply trying to send money from one paypal account to another, which should be the most basic function of paypal but keep getting this message: "Sorry, your preferred funding method isn't available. Please choose different one." I have the money in my balance, it just won't let me send and won't give me a reason.

Apologies to the community for the frustrated tone, but I have been getting constant seperate issues with PayPal recently, and now not even the automated message helpers are responding to me. If someone could help with this, I'd appreciate it.
