has anyone paid the wrong verified business account and had paypal cover the loss? I’ve contacted the recipient requesting a refund but have not heard back. It was a verified account for sale of goods so should be covered under paypal buyer protection. I have to now pay the correct vendor another $250 so i hope i can get the original money back.
