I do a lot of buying online and some of these businesses have links to paypal which make it easier and faster to pay invoices. However, lately when I try to use this option, I get a message that says Paypal is not working right now and to try again later. So I try again later and later and later. It is very frustrating and I have to pay these merchants by sending payment (via Paypal) to their email address.
