i have serious issue with my paypal. I have added my new phone number with my paypal account but when i am trying to send some money to someone.it showing that sorry we can't find you. Why this is happening. I have added this phone number few minutes ago. i talked about this serious issue with a paypal agent,he told me to change this phone number so that it solved.can anyone help me?
