So I tried to buy a 58,27 euro purchase in Blizzard EU Gear store, thing is the items don't ship to my country (Albania) so I diverted it to Greece where a cousin of mine lives. I put the address info in my blizzard account then proceeded to complete the purchase with paypal but it says my card has been declined. I am wondering if the reason is because my accounts have different addresses blizzard account having a shipping address in Greece and paypal account in Albania because I know I am not short in money. Is that the reason and if it is what do I do?
Yes that would be the reason, you can't add an international address to a paypal account and the billing address of the card used has to match the address on the paypal account. If you tried to add another address on Blizzard then it would be declined by the card as the addresses wouldn't match.
