Got this message on eBay "This order was not successful. Payment for this order has failed. "

And the buyer also has problems while paying to my PayPal account.

What is it? And how to resolve this problem?

Paypal is 'country specific' so advice often depends on what country you are in. As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment.

The option to 'receive' paypal payments is sadly not available in your country.
You can only 'send' payments for purchases.

Click on the link below and select the country you want from the drop down list for options available in that country.
