The recipient has exceeded the receiving limit - Not able to receive payment

Someone wants to pay me from her business paypal account but receiving the following error:

We can’t complete this transaction. The recipient has exceeded the receiving limit and must provide more info to lift the limit.

If you continue to encounter problems, please contact Customer Support

I have checked everything. My account is verified and it doesn't have anything in resoltion center also. I have been receiving paymetns to my account earlier also. Why i am facing this issue now.

To receive Paypal payments in your country + to be able to receive payments in your local currency read the below link.

Also make sure they are sending in a currency that you can accept.
