I am trying to send money to a friend of mine in Fiji, but whenever I try to send anything to her I receive an error. I am using the correct location for sending money outside of the country, but I can't figure out why there is an error, as PayPal website doesn't give me any information outside of the fact that there is an error and to try again later (which I have done).
All the research I have done has shown that she should be able to withdraw funds sent to her through a Visa card that is connected to a Fijian bank account, so I can't really understand what the error is here.
Anybody have any experience with this here and be able to help me out?
