Sending help

A person from Germany needs to send me money, but whenever she tries it pops up that i can't recive the money, my account and card are verified. Please help

As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment (Paypal varies a lot country to country).

The option to 'receive' paypal payments is sadly not available in your country.
You can only 'send' payments for purchases.
