Again i have 2 customers that senr me mkney for mowing there laws . they are holdibg my money for nothing

Welcome to the PayPal Community!
If the held payment is for a service (e.g. piano lessons), the buyer can mark the order as ‘Received’ in their PayPal account. If the buyer does so, the payment is released immediately.

Here's how to confirm receipt an item (sender's Paypal account):
Log in to PayPal website: www.paypal.com
Click Activity at the top of the page.
Find and click the original payment for the item.
Click Confirm receipt.
Click Yes to confirm that you received the order.
