Recieving a payment didn't work

I deposited £10 to a bingo website with my PayPal account all went well, but when I tried to withdraw money I got an email saying the withdrawal was unsuccessful. I contacted support and they told me to check all the details of my PayPal account but they are all OK or I wouldn't have been able to make a deposit in the first place. Any ideas? I just checked my account and everything was verified except my mobile so I've verified that and tried another withdrawal. Surely that wouldn't be the reason the payment from them was refused?

What type of account are you trying to withdraw to?

Do you have a bank account linked to your paypal account?

Have you verified it with the 4 digit code?

Is the direct debit mandate still on your online banking for paypal?

Are the funds cleared and not pending?

I'm trying to receive payment to my personal account, I mainly use it for ebay. Never had any kind of problem receiving payments before. Have a bank account and card added, also a verified email and now a verified mobile too. I'm just not sure how I can't receive a payment using the same details I used to send a payment.
