Purchasing on shpock via paypal goods and services

Hi, I can’t find anything online to clarify I’m aware you can purchase on shpock with PayPal but a lot of sellers would rather avoid fees and deal direct through paypal, I’m not stupid enough to use family and friends but would I be covered using goods and services? Eg buying a mobile phone through goods and services on paypal app

You are correct. Do not use friends and family when you intend to pay for goods and services.

Personal payments are not eligible for buyer protection. Because of this, you will not see an option to file a dispute for item not received or item is significantly not as described.
