I would like to purchase tickets for a music event. The event is in 4 months time & tickets would not be sent to me until approx 2 weeks prior. My purchase would be from an individual, not the event promotors. Basically they have purchased them to sell on. I have read the user agreement several times however I still don't know if I have buyer protection should the tickets not arrive. Can anyone advise me please? Thank you ☺
