Paypal money on hold a while after the shoes were received

I sold a pair of shoes on depop, the money was on hold, the seller received the items many weeks ago now and can not find the option to ‘confirm receipt’ anywhere on her Paypal activity when she presses on our transaction. It’s been a while now and I really need this in my account is there anything that can be done?

The confirm receipt option is only available when you log in using a browser either on a phone or a computer. As there are some options that are not  yet available on the Paypal mobile app. Ask the buyer to go through a browser (google chrome, mozilla firefox, internet explorer, safari, etc) and log in and see if it would be available.
