Hello, I had ordered paypal gift card worth $10 from swagbucks. Swagbucks confirmed gift card is ready by October, 1st. Paypal asked me to provide some additional info before depositing amount to my bank, which I provided by october' 2nd, like govt id card, cancelled chq. Till date though amount is not credited
You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
