Paypal is preventing/declining my attempts to deposit into my TVG account. I recently re-activated my account so im not sure if there something i need to do.
I also have money in my balance. Im not trying to pay through my bank just using my current balance.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
