Tried signing up for a subscription service and wanted to use my paypal cash card. Payment showed up on my account and funds are now on hold with the transaction saying "Pending". The site I was subscribing to is saying that the payment was declined and my funds have not freed back up yet and is still in a Pending state. I have had nothing but issues with this card being declined places when I have the funds available.
