I am having problems with my PayPal account not accepting payments for an unknown reason. I keep getting the message "Sorry, this recipient can’t accept payments right now" when I try to test sending money. This account was accepting money prior to today. I have another Paypal account that is working fine. Thanks for any help anyone might have.
