Payment to Sony goes through but receiving email that billing agreement was cancelled?

Hello! Sorry if this has been answered elsewhere. I use Paypal and sometimes my Visa to make purchases for my Sony Playstation Network account. When I use my Visa there's never any issue but when using Paypal, after the purchase is confirmed I immediately get an email stating "Sony Interactive Entertainment has cancelled a Billing Agreement with you." But at the same time I also get the purchase confirmation email from Sony and then my Paypal receipt right after, so I still receive the content I paid for and the money is withdrawn from my account. It happens every time I purchase something on PSN with Paypal. Is this a bug with Paypal or should I contact Sony about it instead?
