Hi all. I'm in a bit of a tiz. I ordered a new TV through ShopTo and selected to pay it off over 24 months at approx £16 per month. The TV arrived, my bank balance was fine, I got a message stating they'd scheduled by payments and everything was good and I thought no more of it.
Just logged into my bank tonight and saw the whole amount was taken in one go. I have sufficient available credit on my account and I distinctly took the time to go through and select PayPal credit for the order, but now I'm £350 down which I can't afford to be.
I've emailed Paypal through the website as I didn't recognise the issue until around 9:15pm tonight, but I wondered if anyone has had anything similar happen and how they were able to resolve it? Thanks in advance - Dean
