I’m currently in Nigeria and I’m trying to use my PayPal which was registered in the Uk to purchase an item and I’ve tried tirelessly and still not working
Paypal is country specific so you have to open a paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country. You can't successfully use another countries paypal account in a country you are visiting.
