Oh no! It sounds like your card may be being blocked by our internal security. If this is the case, it won't be available to make purchases, and we'll ask you to use a different payment method. Is the purchase you're trying to make larger than your typical transactions? Have you just recently added the card and are attempting to use it for the first time? I would suggest trying to clear your cache and cookies, and ensuring your browser is up to date. Hopefully the issue is resolved soon!
