Inactive account that I cannot remove

Hi all,

 

I have a problem with an inactive payment I thought would just go away. It has not and has been lingering since 2016.

In this case, no money is removed from my account. However, it is a loose end and once a year I get a PayPal message telling me "Your automatic payment did not go through". I need to get rid of this occurrence. How do I do that, please?

 

This was my latest bill and I am glad this did not go through:

Amount: $239.28 USD
