Hello everyone! I really need help to fix my PayPal sending as soon as possible. I have been getting the same error for the past two days and it's **bleep** me off as I have to pay a few people. I have already confirmed my credit card and such. However, my Paypal is new and I have sent over $100+ already, is that the problem? or could this be fixed as soon as possible?
That's the error that shows everytime I try to send money, is this because I have sending limits or something?
