I can't log in to link sent for PPP

Is anyone else having this issue? I have filled out a request for PPP, PayPal then follows up with email and link. This does not work, it just keeps routing me to log in. I have attempted to contact support to no avail. I am a long standing PayPal customer and my business depends on this yet can't get answers. 

Why can't I log in? 

Why is the link they send me no good? Page loads blank https://my.loanbuilder.com/us/login

When I google it I get to a PPP log in page and it denies my log in and takes me in circles.

I'm having the same problem it's impossible to do because pay pal is where my info is and it won't link to plaid or anything what am I supposed to do
