How to complete transaction

I loaned a friend some money and she was to pay me back in four payments and we agreed to use paypal. The first went fine, I sent request and got the money. The next two I did something wrong and she paid the money but the transaction deducted a fee and is stuck with it wanting me to enter tracking information. Is there some way to get this money freed up without a tracking number as I don't have anything to ship her, or is it best just to refund them and send a new (correct) type of request for the amount refunded?

To evade fees you should accept friends / family payments if they are not payments for sales.

A 'money request' is not a friends/family payment its a goods/services payment.
An 'invoice' is not a friends/family payment its a goods/services payment.
'Send money > goods/services' is not a friends/family payment its a goods/services payment.
A 'business account paypal.me' is not a friends/family payment its a goods/services payment.

A 'send money > friends/family payment is a friends/family payment.
A 'paypal.me personal account' is a friends/family payment.
