How quickly the sent amount arrives ?

Hi ! I sent some money to India 3 - 4 days ago, & till now the amount has not reached ... Although Paypal sent me at once a receipt of the transaction, by email. So any of you, how many days does it usually take for Paypal money transfer ? In your experience.

Paypal  payments are more or less instant.

Has the account holder set his paypal account up correctly in his country to receive paypal payments as per link?
