How do I receive the money?

I made my account like 2 days ago, a friend sent me 7,000$ And it took the money out of his bank but I don’t see it in my PayPal account?

Ask your friend for the transaction ID of the payment he sent you. You can then do a search for this transaction ID on your side. If you don't find it in your account then they either didn't send it, or they sent it to the wrong place. Have them double check the email address they sent it to.
