Hi!

 

I've been trying to contact customer service, but I've beenplaced on hold for 1hr 30mins. I wait for a call back but I never got one. 

 

My Issue:

 

I work as a freelancer and the company pays through PayPal. It is my first time to work for this German company. They issued an amount in euros. 

 

ALL TRANSACTIONS were DENIED. They tried placing about 10 transactions, until they advised me to contact PayPal support.

 

Actions Done: I removed all credit cards, checking accounts and linked only ONE card, which is my debit card. I verified the card already. Apart from this, I verified my profile (mobile number, email and other information). 

 

I have been receiving PayPal amounts in the past because I am an Airbnb host. But this is a first time that I am receiving denied payments. 

 

I am residing in the Philippines and my employer is from Germany. 

 

I hope that I get the answers right here in this forum, aside from my disappointment with customer service through call.
