Get problem when shopping on website . Please help!!!

Hi, 

I just use paypal for shopping online purpose

My credit card was linked. But somehow it can not pay 

I was trying to buy shoe on adidas UK paying by Paypal.

It was showed the amount and my credit card information but the payment did not success

and website notice me to re-submit payment information but still fail. 

I appreciate if someone can advise me for the reason
