Get Payed vs Receiving Money

Hi everyone, I have opened a company account for a non-profit association. We may sell some items of our businesses in the future and because of that I know there is a fee to pay to PayPal, because it is about 'Get paid'.
But annually I also have to collect a sum of money (40 euros) from each of our members. The sum of all this money is sent to the headquarters of the national association. In this case it is only a money transfer and we do not want to pay any commission because it is not a sale.
How can we handle this situation? is a simple transfer of money feasible in a businness account?
Many thanks and I apologize for my possible errors or for unclear concepts.
