Failure to receive money

Please help, I opened a PayPal account for about one year but every time they send me money from a given company I'm working with I dont see any change on my account yet they send me emails that confirm that I have received the funds on my Paypal account.

The option to 'receive' paypal payments is sadly not available in your country.
You can only 'send' payments for purchases.

Click on the link below and select the country you want from the drop down list for options available in that country.
