I want to purchase an item on eBay. When I try to pay through PayPal, it redirects me to a page saying that my bank has requested additional verification. I enter the OTP I receive on my mobile but PayPal doesn't process it. It redirects me again to page where I have to enter the OTP. After trying several times it eventually said, "Sorry we ran into a problem." I tried to pay on both mobile and my laptop but it didn't work. What should I do? I live in India and I'm using an Axis Bank debit card to pay.
