Hello all. I had ordered a service with an annual contract. Their service has become terrible and my exchanges with their customer service, well, to say they're incompetent and insulting would be an understatement.
When the next bill is due this summer, I want to be sure I don't hear from them, as I'm demanding an end of our current service relationship. Is there any way to mark this recipient as someone who can never, ever get money from me via PayPal again? Just in case they try any shenanigans.
Thank you.

Check if you had a subscription set up...
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Excellent! I was able to verify that they are not in my pre-approved payment list.
Thank you, very much, for the help!
