Billing Address Correction

I just placed an order and both billing and shipping addresses have the wrong state. How do I correct.

Contact the merchant and see if they will change the address for you OR refund you so you can pay using the correct address.

However if they refund they will lose their fee they were charged when you paid so as it was your mistake you may wish to pay that for them?
