first time user here, my client tried paying me 10AUD using Amex before the actual amount and it was successful.
When we tried the actual amount, the transfer did not push through and the card is denied. (card has enough funds)
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
