I can send friends money but they can only only send it back if I request it, if I don't they request it and they try to send money they get the message 'you can't make payments to them your recipient can't accept payments at the moment'. This has always been the case. I have tried to message Paypal via 'message us' they have said all my settings/account are as they should be but it doesn't work and each time I reply to ask why it still doesn't work I get a new message from a new handler effectively saying it should work which it doesn't.........If someone could actually help it would be much appreciated
