Hi there
A customer has purchased a bespoke item, then realised that it doesn't fall under our free returns aspect of our policy so has asked to cancel the order and asked for a refund. Paypal have charged me £3.50 for the transaction which I can't pass onto the customer. Does you know if I can claim this back from Paypal?
Many thanks
Bea

When you use the 'refund' option then your paypal fee is refunded at the same time apart from the fixed part of the original fee.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
