receiving this message when trying to send $ to a friend "Please add a payment option"

I have sent several transaction to the same person - when I tried yesterday 4/5 - it is asking me to add a payment option - I have 2 payment methods on my account - one is my checking account and the other is a debit card - what am I doing wrong

There are several factor why you received that message when you try to make a payment using your PayPal account. Kindly check if your bank account and debit or credit cards are comfirmed if not then check below article on how to process it.
