someone sent me money (from the same currency) and I don't see it in my balance (yes he did send it in to my balance and not my card)

I had 2 sales go through today and did not get any money. Whats going on -

Everyone is having an issue with their balance right now.  Paypal has not publicly commented.  It's complete **bleep**.
